Vishal is a dynamic leader with 20+ years of experience in building and scaling operational teams, fostering a culture of growth, development and high performance.
As Director of Operations, Vishal is dedicated to establishing the Smith + Howard India office as a key strategic hub for the firm’s expansion. His role extends to spearheading the establishment of a Go-To-Market team and Marketing professionals in India to bolster the firm’s Growth Team. In addition, he will establish a firm wide process to ensure timely and efficient acquisition integrations.
Before joining Smith + Howard, Vishal amassed six years of experience at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps). During his tenure, he was instrumental in building the Global Commercial Operations team, a move that drove substantial growth for the organization.
Outside of work, he is an advocate for fitness, music, yoga, kickboxing, and community service.
