As Co-Managing Partner of Fahrenheit Advisors, Rich was a driving force behind the company’s successful acquisition by Smith + Howard in 2024. A seasoned recruiting industry veteran, he combines extensive corporate experience with an entrepreneurial mindset. He leads Fahrenheit’s executive search practice while also focusing on culture, brand, and strategic community and client development.
Rich began his career in executive search with some of the nation’s largest firms before embracing entrepreneurship in 2002, founding a highly regarded regional executive search firm.
