Patricia Oh

Patricia Oh joined Smith + Howard in September 2025 and is a Partner in the Assurance, Tax, and Business Valuation practice, following the firm’s acquisition of Horton, Lee & Burnett in Birmingham, Alabama. She leads the business-valuation practice and oversees peer-review processes, bringing over 30 years of experience advising clients across construction, foodservice, manufacturing, real estate, investment holdings, wholesale distribution, and nonprofit sectors.

Patricia holds both Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credentials. She is known for her balanced perspective, practical approach, and commitment to fostering long-lasting client relationships. Patricia takes pride in providing responsive, flexible, and personalized guidance through critical financial decisions, including acquisitions, and succession planning, helping clients achieve both short-term goals and long-term strategic success.

Raised in Asia in a multicultural environment, Patricia welcomes the opportunity to serve international clients and supports foreign clients with a range of needs, including compliance and tax filings.
