As Managing Partner of S+H Search, Mike brings over two decades of executive recruiting experience in accounting and finance. Before launching S+H Search, he was a partner at a boutique recruiting firm, playing a key role in its successful transaction with a private equity-backed company. His recruiting career began at a large national search firm, where he earned national recognition as one of the firm’s top recruiters.

Mike started his career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young and later gained accounting and financial management experience at Quest Diagnostics (formerly Corning Clinical Labs).

Alongside his team, Mike serves the talent needs of growing and established companies across a wide range of industries and markets.
