As Practice Director of Executive Search + Recruiting at Smith + Howard, Megan leads the strategic recruitment of executive and professional-level roles in accounting and finance, human resources, operations, and sales and business development. She manages the entire talent acquisition process, from initial discussions to identify hiring needs through marketing, sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating and closing positions.

Megan tailors each search to a client’s business, industry, and culture while considering the interests and experience of candidates within her established network of qualified professionals. Her relationship-driven approach helps organizations identify talent that aligns with both their immediate needs and long-term goals.

She also advises clients on recruiting best practices, market conditions, and challenges throughout the hiring process. Her ability to build relationships, collaborate with clients, and serve as a liaison between organizations and candidates contributes to successful hiring outcomes. Megan also coordinates the recruiting team.
