John has a passion for building strong relationships and developing top talent throughout the executive search + recruiting process for his clients.
John leads the Executive Search and Recruiting practice and has held recruiting leadership roles in small agencies and large corporate environments, developing and executing on sourcing strategies across multiple functional areas. He brings a robust perspective through a variety of operational leadership roles in addition to over 12 years in talent acquisition.
John started his recruiting career with a top national IT Staffing firm and transitioned to leading the recruiting and account management teams for a boutique agency. He then joined a large financial institution where he was able to gain further experience in operations, vendor management, and HR. He also served as COO for a high-growth HCM provider helping scale the business by overseeing all primary client-facing teams, developing key performance metrics, and building an award-winning culture.
