Smith + Howard Promotes Tax Leader Andrew Hedrich to Partner, Strengthening Expertise in Nonprofits and Professional Services

ATLANTA (November 3, 2025) — Smith + Howard, a nationally recognized accounting and advisory firm, announced today the promotion of Andrew Hedrich to Partner, effective November 1, 2025.

Based in Atlanta, Hedrich joined Smith + Howard in 2014 as an intern and has steadily advanced through the firm’s Tax practice, most recently serving as Senior Manager. Over his career, he has become known for his technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to delivering exceptional service to clients across industries, with a particular focus on nonprofit organizations, private schools, and professional service firms.

Outside of the office, Hedrich is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Home of Hope, a nonprofit organization that provides support to families in crisis. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Scheller College of Business, Hedrich earned a B.S. degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and a law certification.
