Smith + Howard Named a Top Workplace by the AJC for the 11th Consecutive Year

For the eleventh year in a row, Smith and Howard has been named one of Atlanta’s Top Workplaces by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The award is based solely on feedback obtained from an employee engagement survey.

“The Top Workplace award recognizes businesses that have a strong culture, operate with solid values and have open communication. Receiving this recognition speaks to how our team has maintained and improved our culture even with the disruptions of COVID-19,” said Sean C. The survey was administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection.
