For the eleventh year in a row, Smith & Howard has been named one of Atlanta’s Top Workplaces by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution
. The award is based solely on feedback obtained from an employee engagement survey.
“The Top Workplace award recognizes businesses that have a strong culture, operate with solid values and have open communication. Receiving this recognition speaks to how our team has maintained and improved our culture even with the disruptions of COVID-19,” said Sean C. Taylor
, Managing Partner of Smith & Howard. “Our team continues to remain fully engaged and we grow stronger together.”
The survey was administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection.
“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”
