Smith + Howard Is a 2020 Excellence in Firm Culture Award Recipient

INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA) has named Smith and Howard as one of seven Excellence in Firm Culture award recipients in North America. The annual award is given to firms with high employee Net Promoter Scores (eNPS) and strong ratings in 12 core qualities of culture, such as collaboration, innovation and work-life balance. Smith and Howard is one of only two firms in the Southeast to win this recognition.

The Excellence in Firm Culture Assessment, is offered by IPA in partnership with CultureIQ, an organization of corporate culture experts. “Improving culture can yield better business results.
