(IPA) has named Smith & Howard as one of seven Excellence in Firm Culture award recipients in North America. The annual award is given to firms with high employee Net Promoter Scores (eNPS) and strong ratings in 12 core qualities of culture, such as collaboration, innovation and work-life balance. Smith & Howard is one of only two firms in the Southeast to win this recognition.
“We are extremely proud to receive this award. Culture has been – and will always remain – one of Smith & Howard’s strongest drivers. Our team of employees live our values day in and day out, making our firm one of the best places to work in the nation. We value our people and their commitment to creating a culture of excellence,” said Sean C. Taylor
, managing partner at Smith & Howard.
The Excellence in Firm Culture Assessment, is offered by IPA in partnership with CultureIQ, an organization of corporate culture experts. “Improving culture can yield better business results. Very few growing, successful firms can get there without loyal, engaged staff,” says Kelly Platt, publisher of IPA. “We were very pleased with the overall results of the assessment, as all firms scored well even during this most difficult time.”
Smith & Howard has been recognized by IPA as a top five accounting firm for the last two years and a Best of the Best in the nation for 11 consecutive years. The firm has been named a Top Workplace by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution
