Nicole Davis is a Partner in Smith + Howard’s Tax practice, where she advises nonprofits, real estate and construction companies, and their owners. She specializes in working with pass-through entities and provides strategic guidance to high-net-worth business owners on estate, trust, and succession planning—helping clients align their financial decisions with both their long-term goals and broader missions.
Nicole is known for her proactive, client-first approach and her ability to deliver practical, strategic advice. She is a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate complex tax matters while identifying opportunities to maximize value and efficiency.
Since joining Smith + Howard as an intern in 2012, Nicole has steadily advanced through the firm, bringing more than a decade of experience to her role today. She is an active member of the firm’s construction, real estate, and nonprofit teams.
Nicole is also a recognized thought leader, frequently speaking on the CARES Act and COVID-era stimulus programs. She has been featured by the Better Business Bureau and WSB-TV (ABC Atlanta) and has participated in webinars focused on the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Employee Retention Credit (ERC).
In 2026, Nicole was named to the Forbes “America’s Best-in-State CPAs” list, recognizing her professional excellence and impact.
