Mike joined BPS in 1994, becoming a shareholder in 2002. Prior to BPS, he served as an auditor for Ernst & Young in Columbia and Greenville, South Carolina. In January 2026, BPS merged with Smith+Howard, and Mike continues to focus his practice on serving owner-managed business clients.

His experience includes clients in manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, information technology, construction, retail, life sciences, professional services, health care, retirement plans, and nonprofits.
