From fractional and interim HR support to project-based initiatives, she partners with leaders to navigate opportunities and challenges, enabling the creation of engaged, scalable, and high-performing workplaces. Her expertise spans HR strategy, compliance, private equity, organizational culture, and employee engagement. Laura has also incubated and driven the development of innovative HR technology tools to support organizational development and enhance business outcomes.
Her career spans extensive experience in human capital consulting, where she has collaborated with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies to enhance organizational effectiveness. She began her professional journey in international relations at a multinational corporation in Beijing, focusing on operations and procurement. Later, she served as the CEO of an award-winning HR and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consulting firm, where she led large-scale corporate talent initiatives.
A recognized expert in organizational development, Laura is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a published author.
