Kris Cravey

Kris leads Fahrenheit Advisors’ strategy, growth, and client service delivery, helping businesses scale and operate successfully—from startups to middle-market and large enterprises.

Before joining Fahrenheit, Kris served as Chief People Officer at a pioneering last-mile delivery and drone technology startup in partnership with Walmart. He played a key role in scaling the company to several hundred employees across 38 locations in just 18 months and established the industry’s first accredited commercial drone Flight Academy.

Previously, Kris spent 20 years at Day & Zimmermann, one of America’s largest private companies, where he held leadership roles in strategy, M&A, business development, operations, and support services. He was instrumental in creating the “D&Z Way” of operational execution, leading complex M&A integrations, securing over $5 billion in booked backlog with major clean energy producers, and driving the company’s expansion into multi-billion-dollar emerging energy markets.
