As Chief Human Resources Officer at Smith + Howard, Kerry Anne Eales leads the firm’s talent and recruiting strategy, fostering a diverse and collaborative culture to support the firm’s long-term growth and development. With 25 years of global HR experience, she is responsible for guiding strategic HR initiatives, including succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational development, training, and performance management.

Before joining Smith + Howard in 2021, Kerry held key HR leadership roles at organizations such as Empire Communities, JES Holdings, and Ahold USA. Her expertise spans recruiting, labor relations, compliance, and performance management, with a proven track record of driving employee engagement, improving performance, and developing talent.

Kerry is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and as a Global Human Resources Professional (GPHR). A passionate advocate for fitness and wellness, she holds certifications in CrossFit, Pilates, Yoga, and Cycle training. This commitment to personal and professional growth reflects her holistic approach to HR leadership.
