With deep expertise in organizational strategy and a passion for entrepreneurism, Keith has played a pivotal role in expanding Fahrenheit Advisors into new service lines, enhancing value for clients.

As Co-Managing Partner of Fahrenheit Advisors, Keith was instrumental in the company’s successful acquisition by Smith + Howard in 2024. He leads consulting and fractional services, as well as risk management and operations, driving strategic growth across multiple service lines and geographies.

A seasoned corporate finance executive, Keith brings extensive experience in financial and organizational strategy and operational leadership. Before co-founding Fahrenheit, he served as CFO of a $6 billion foodservice distributor, where he focused on acquisition integration and growth. He also held the role of senior vice president–corporate controller for a Fortune 500 company, where he built and optimized finance teams, processes, and systems to support the company’s expansion.

Keith began his career at Arthur Andersen, specializing in financial audit, risk assurance, and M&A services, before transitioning to a corporate accounting and financial reporting role in the food processing industry, where he managed specialty projects across the company.
