Reece will focus on business development across service lines, including tax, accounting, and assurance, to drive new client acquisition, expand market reach, and strengthen the firm’s presence across industries.
Based in Atlanta, Reece brings more than 20 years of experience in retirement services, business development, and client relationship management. Prior to joining Smith + Howard, he held roles with Principal Financial Group, OneAmerica, and Lincoln Financial, managing growth initiatives across Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and South Carolina. His expertise spans retirement plan design, strategic partnership development, and providing practical, results-driven guidance for organizations navigating evolving retirement landscapes.
