For the ninth consecutive year, Smith and Howard has been named a Top Workplace by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly Workplace Dynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
“We are grateful to our entire team for their commitment to the firm and for striving to help everyone grow and succeed. Receiving The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Top Workplace award for the ninth consecutive year is a testament to the health of our organization and our unique culture,” said Sean Taylor, Managing Partner of Smith and Howard. “Being a part of this list reaffirms our investment in our people, culture and community.”
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
