Lori G. Wagnon and M. Christine Ratliff Named Principals with Smith + Howard

On July 29, 2016, John Lucht, Managing Partner of Smith and Howard announced that Lori Wagnon and Christine Ratliff have been named Principals in the firm.

“Lori and Chris are leaders and role models at Smith and Howard. They each have played active roles in developing successful practices while demonstrating commitment to our clients, our people and our community at the highest level. We are very proud to name them as Principals at Smith and Howard.”

Lori Wagnon joined the firm in 1993 in the Assurance Services Group. She oversees audits of privately-held businesses, including manufacturing and distribution companies and insurance companies. Lori also leads our Employee Benefit Plan audit practice. Sean Taylor, Assurance Services practice leader said of Lori’s promotion, “Lori has played an integral role in the growth of our audit practice.  Specifically, Lori has brought our employee benefit plan audit services to a level of excellence the partnership group is extremely proud of.  Our professional staff seek Lori’s insights as a mentor and as someone who truly cares for their growth, development and success. Christine Ratliff joined Smith and Howard in 2008 in the Tax Services Group. Chris is a founding member of the restaurant and hospitality team, the tax provision team and serves a variety of clients including those in the restaurant, professional service and manufacturing industries.
