Brennan Palmer

Prior to joining Smith + Howard, Brennan worked with a Big Four firm in Chattanooga, Tennessee, beginning in 2017. In that role, he specialized in audits of both public and private clients within the insurance industry and gained significant experience with regulatory compliance through participation in PCAOB inspections. Earlier in his career, he was employed by a regional accounting firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he served clients across a range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, and distribution. Brennan is a licensed CPA in Georgia and Tennessee and an active member of the Georgia Society of CPAs, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, and the AICPA.
