Smith + Howard’s Partner Group Welcomes Robert Cutolo

Smith + Howard is pleased to welcome Robert “Bob” Cutolo as a Partner within the firm’s Tax Practice.

Based in Iselin, New Jersey, Bob specializes in corporate tax services specific to domestic and international companies. This includes tax compliance and accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), among others. He has experience serving a variety of private, public, and private equity owned companies in many industries including manufacturing and distribution, professional services, retail and technology.

Prior to joining Smith + Howard, Bob spent over 20 years at national, big four and regional public accounting firms. He received his Master of Taxation from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Manhattan College.
