On July 29, 2016, John Lucht, Managing Partner of Smith & Howard announced that Lori Wagnon and Christine Ratliff have been named Principals in the firm.

Lori Wagnon joined the firm in 1993 in the Assurance Services Group. She oversees audits of privately-held businesses, including manufacturing and distribution companies and insurance companies. Lori also leads our Employee Benefit Plan audit practice. Sean Taylor, Assurance Services practice leader said of Lori’s promotion, “Lori has played an integral role in the growth of our audit practice. Specifically, Lori has brought our employee benefit plan audit services to a level of excellence the partnership group is extremely proud of. Christine Ratliff joined Smith & Howard in 2008 in the Tax Services Group. Chris is a founding member of the restaurant and hospitality team, the tax provision team and serves a variety of clients including those in the restaurant, professional service and manufacturing industries.
