Smith & Howard Hosts Table at St. Jude's Recovery center Anniversary Event10/1/2009 On September 30, 2009, Smith & Howard hosted a table at the 47th anniversary celebration of the St. Jude's Recovery Center Voices of Recovery event. Local news anchor Brenda Wood provided the introduction, and actor and writer Mariel Hemingway served as keynote speaker. Proceeds from the event benefited St. Jude's programs. St. Jude's is a non-profit substance abuse treatment center providing family-centered treatment and support services. Debbie Risher of Smith & Howard serves on the board.
