John Lucht, Managing Partner of Smith & Howard recently revealed that the firm has been named a Top Workplace in the Atlanta region for the second year in a row. This recognition by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) is based on survey feedback of the firm's employees.

More than 1,000 companies were nominated or asked to participate in the 2012 contest by the AJC and its partner, Workplace Dynamics and more than 43,500 employees participated in surveys.

In making the announcement, Lucht credited the continued dedication and hard work of the entire staff, and their commitment to making Smith & Howard a productive - but fun - place to develop and sustain careers.

As the AJC says, "It's a pretty big deal."
